Format: 3-Day In-Field Mentorship

Location: Any Market in the United States

Mentors: All of our mentors are active real estate investors who have been handpicked by Gilpin & Associates to teach their real estate investing method.  Each student will be matched with the appropriate mentor and peers based on their individual investment goals.

Overview: For three days you and a guest will have access to a top real estate investor working side by side with you to close a deal.  You are placed in a highly specialized small group of not more than six investors.  Your mentor works with you for three days in the target location.  The goal of the mentor is to dramatically accelerate the time frame it takes to close your deal…..whether it is your first investment of your 1,000^th.  You will benefit not only from the mentor but also from your interactions with your peers.  You will certainly learn from your group members, and you may even find potential partners.  You will have the opportunity to build a power team, which may include contractors, realtors, property managers and lenders.  Prior to your three-day training, your mentor will work with you to ensure that all the legwork has been done to maximize the productivity of the mentorship.  And after the mentorship, your mentor does not disappear…..they will be available to answer questions and provide support.

Format: Your mentoring experience will be directed by your needs and goals and may include:

●            Locating and researching potential properties

●            Visiting properties and assessing repairs/checking the facts

●            Setting up your personal power real estate team

●            Making smarter offers on the right properties

●            Creating a contract and offer letter

●            Creating exit strategies

●            And most importantly…..closing that life-changing deal
